This is a 6 week beginners level course in English to understand how to read and write Sanskrit. Please note, this is not a live course, but a course that is recorded. Once we have received your payment, we will send you a link to the video as well as a frequently asked question document.
This course will teach you the basics of the Devanagari alphabet
– Long and short vowels
– Combining consonants and vowels
– Consonant combinations
– Simple sentences
– Foundational vocabulary for Sanskrit
This course needs to be completed before any other level of Sanskrit Course with College Of Vedic Studies is taken (Such as Sanskrit for Beginners Part 2 )
